Refunds and Exchanges

We are a Print on Demand Company mostly, except for our exclusive items. Once orders are sent to production, we cannot cancel an order. Our return policies are for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or an exchange. To be eligible for a return, we require a proof of purchase (receipt) and the item that you are sending back. Please DO NOT send your purchase back to the return address on the package. (see info below) REFUNDS (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund the money to the account you used.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable) If you haven't received a refund yet, please check with your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company. It may take a few days before your refund is processed. If you have done all this and you still haven't received a refund, please contact us at theoghippiechick@gmail.com.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded. All sale items are final.

EXCHANGES (if applicable) We only replace defective or damaged items. These items will be exchanged for the same item only.

First class mail. If you are shipping an item over $75, please obtain a tracking number for standard insurance just in case your item is lost or stolen.  You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take to exchange your item may vary from 3-5 days.
