We are a print on demand company. All products are made to order with you in mind. We print in house and outsource for some of our products. Therefore some of your items may arrive in separate packaging. Order Processing Apparel takes about 3-9 business days to arrive. In some cases, due to back orders, there may be a slight delay on some orders. Contact us if it has been more than a week. Once your order has shipped, you will receive your tracking number in your email. Contact us if you have questions about your order. Shipping We ship via USPS (first class or priority) In instances where items are out of stock, information referencing delays will be posted on each individual item and/or emailed to the customer. Expedited shipping We do not offer expedited shipping. ** IMPORTANT ** We are NOT responsible for post office issues relating to lost/stolen packages and/or incorrect shipping addresses. Please make sure you have the correct address entered before you ship out. Sometimes automatic address are filled in, so make sure if you have recently relocated.
